Environmental policy

In the era of globalisation and global warming, we feel that we should make an effort to respect the environment, and that includes the cultural as well as the natural environment. We have solar panels, we have good insulation, use low energy bulbs and dimming switches, our cleaning products are eco friendly, we recycle or compost all possible waste, and we make an effort to conserve water.

We believe in buying food locally, some of it organic, and some vegetables, herbs and fruits come from our own garden in season.

We realize that there is room for improvement, but we hope that we are on the right track.
